1 pm Group Critique on Commercial Category Entries (Open to the Public)
2 pm - 4 pm SEMINAR - Joe Ferebee - Mounting Standing Waterfowl
2:10 pm - 4 pm SEMINAR - John Will - Using Quick-Rock to build artificial bases, ledges & mountains
2 pm - 4 pm Children's Activities / Arts & Crafts - Christie Mahany-Czarnecki
4 pm Tear down suppliers' backboards / area
6 pm - 6:30 pm Cash Bar
6:30 pm - 9 pm Awards Banquet - Election Results
Immediately following Banquet Competition area open and photographer available
10 pm - 11 pm Removal of Mounts - Backboards Loaded in Trailer
(ALL MOUNTS MUST BE CHECKED OUT - NO EXCEPTIONS.
You will be required to produce your cards & show your ribbons and awards.)


     Sunday, March 16, 2008
8 am - ? Removal of Remaining Mounts - Clean up
9 am - 12 noon Board of Directors Meeting — newly elected board members must attend
ABSOLUTELY NO MOUNTS WILL BE ALLOWED TO LEAVE THE COMPETITION AREAS UNTIL AFTER THE AWARDS BANQUET IS COMPLETED. MOUNTS WILL NOT BE RELEASED FROM THE COMPETITION AREAS UNLESS THEY HAVE GONE THROUGH THE CHECK-OUT TABLE. ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS.
If you can't stay until Saturday evening you must make arrangements for someone else to check out your competition piece(s). Everyone's adherence to these policies is mandatory and will be appreciated.
