Hunting season has begun with archery season and I got my first deer of the 2007 hunting season. I had a new customer come into my shop and ask me to mount a couple deer for him about 2 months ago. He told me that he was going to mount them himself but didn't have time. I fleshed the cape in about 20 minutes and had to work on the form a little. The next day, I started to mount it and I was doing the final touches on it 2 1/2 hours later. He's a picture of it in the drying stage. It really turned out awesome. This was my actual second paying customer of a whitetail. Didn't turn out to bad, hugh??
