Editor's note: This was a reply to a deleted post, but is a current requirement Paul Czarnecki Posted: Thu Apr 19, 2007 8:39 am Post subject: Become Legal Taxidermist In PA To become "legal" in PA you will need to have your PA Sales Tax License to even apply to the PA Dept of Ag for your taxidermy license. That said, how you choose to open your business is up to you. Most taxidermists start out as sole proprietors and then move on to partnerships or LLC's. Only you can decide what's best for you.       JOIN the PTA, get your Sales Tax License, get your PDA Taxidermy license and then enter some PTA competitions to improve your work and legitimize your prices.
