Hey all, New to PA and new to the forum...have a question regarding doing european / skull mounts in the state...Do I have to register w/ the state of Penn? I moved here from New Jersey recently, I was doing euro mounts with beetles out there, and would like to move my set-up here, just wanted to make sure I am doing it by the book. Thanks in advance. As for having a license to perform this I don't see where you need a taxidermy license unless you plan on doing some taxidermy.
