Taxidermists in Pennsylvania need to be licensed through the Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture. Click HERE to open their Web site in a new window (or copy and paste this URL www.agriculture.state.pa.us in your browser) to reach the PA Dept. of Agriculture's Web site, and get the application form. The application is in PDF (Adobe Acrobat) format.

When on the site, to find the form:

  1. Click the Business & Industry link in the link bar near and across the top of their home page.
  2. Under Animal Health Licensing & Certification Programs, click More
  3. Click Taxidermy License Application (PDF)
When the form opens, print it out to complete it and mail it in according to the PA Department of Agriculture's instructions.
